Nothing goes as planned.

Unintentionally, the three friends trigger a spell cast on the hospital decades ago and are then transported to a much grimmer realm where the vengeful spirit of Ayame Kirishima resides among other atrocities. While their classmates search for them in their world, Haruka, Maria, and Nemu have only one hope for survival: escape the evil spirits haunting Amare Est Vivere Hospital and lift Ayame's curse once and for all.

The cult Japanese horror franchise returns with new characters, a fresh setting, and a terrifying curse. In this standalone adventure, an original group of high school girls finds themselves trapped in a macabre abandoned hospital where an urban legend exists: "Ayame's Pity." The trio will have to use stealth and ingenuity to survive several gruesome fates.
