Long Gone Days is a narrative JRPG that approaches war from a nuanced and deeply human perspective. Far from glorifying combat, the game focuses primarily on its consequences for civilians and the relationships formed in times of conflict.

You play as Rourke, a young man trained since birth to be a sniper within the Core, an underground paramilitary state. During his first mission to the surface, he carries out his orders rigorously, before realizing that the Core is far from the noble organization he imagined.

Confronted with the reality of the outside world, Rourke will have to question his certainties, make difficult choices, and learn to understand others, beyond borders, languages, and ideologies.

In a world inspired by reality, language becomes a real game mechanic. You will need to recruit interpreters to communicate with local populations, build relationships, and understand the human stakes behind each mission.

Your choices, both in combat and in dialogue, influence your group's morale, the relationships between characters, and the unfolding of the story.
