The figure is faithfully based on a 2022 illustration created in collaboration between CAPCOM and Momochihama Chozai Pharmacy for their medical brochures, with Akiman himself participating in the revision and approval process. Chun-Li is depicted temporarily away from battle. The soft appearance of her muscular physique and the careful paintwork that matches the elegant colors of Akiman's original illustration create an attractive finish that highlights the shadows cast by the sculpt itself.
