The Shark series, created by the legendary Japanese studio Toaplan, is a cult shoot 'em up series. Flying Shark (1987), which captivated audiences with its simple rules and perfectly calibrated difficulty, had a considerable impact on vertical-scrolling shoot 'em ups. Its sequel, Fire Shark (1989), set arcade halls ablaze with its devastating arsenal that covered the screen with projectiles!

For Shoot'Em Up fans and aspiring pilots: In addition to the authentic "Arcade Mode," which faithfully reproduces the intense and demanding gameplay experience of the original, both titles offer a "Super Easy Mode" that allows even novices to the genre to enjoy discovering these games.
